Rice Cereal Bars
Ingredients
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 4.5 cups OR 1 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Heat a large pot over medium heat.
- Add butter and let melt.
- Mix in marshmallows, continue stirring.
- Remove pot from heat. Add cereal and salt, and mix.
- Spread with a spatula into a glass pan.
- Let cool.
- Cut and store in a non-refrigerated area for up to two weeks.
