Crockpot Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts or chicken breast tenders (those are cheaper usually)
- 16 oz. salsa (I like to get the fresh kind from the deli)
- 1 packet of taco seasoning (you could probably put in your own spices, but the taco packets are dirt cheap)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced up
- 1 onion, sliced up
- Leave it all in there for 8 hours!
- When you get home from work, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Heat up some tortillas, add some cheese or fresh tomatoes or fresh lettuce or sour cream or whatever, and eat! So delicious.
- If you really want to stretch your dollar you can make rice, heat up a can of beans, and have it as a burrito. You'll get so many fat burritos out of that!
