Bagna Cauda
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 heads garlic
- 3 cans flat anchovies
- 6 pints organic cream
- Melt butter and drain anchovy oil into pan.
- Chop garlic and anchovies finely, cooking together on low heat. DON'T BURN!!
- Add whipping cream and simmer for at least one hour.
- Serve with cabbage, celery, peppers, italian bread, and/or antipasto.
